One of the most important questions any brand manager asks before commissioning a kiosk is: "How will I know what it looks like before you build it?" The answer is a thorough 3D design process that ensures complete visual alignment between client and manufacturer — before a single cut is made.

At Stand Dünyası, no kiosk goes into production without written design approval from the client. Here is a transparent, step-by-step overview of how we work.

Design Fee: A mall kiosk design costs €1,000. We collect this fee upfront, before starting the design process. However, if you choose Stand Dünyası to manufacture the stand as well, we deduct this amount in full from your final production invoice — your design investment isn't lost, it becomes part of your project.

The 6 Stages of Our Design Process

01

Brief & Discovery

Everything starts with a conversation. We gather the essential inputs: your brand identity guidelines (logos, colour codes, typography), the physical dimensions and floor plan of the kiosk location, your product category and display requirements, your target customer and the emotional experience you want to create. The richer the brief, the stronger the design outcome.

02

Concept Development

Our design team develops one or more initial concept directions — typically presented as annotated sketches or mood boards. This stage is about establishing the overall language: the form, material palette and spatial organisation. We discuss these concepts with you and agree on a direction before moving to 3D.

03

3D Visualisation

The approved concept is modelled in full 3D using professional CAD and rendering software. We produce photorealistic renders from multiple angles — typically front, side, rear and three-quarter views — showing the kiosk in a simulated mall environment with realistic lighting conditions. What you see in the render accurately reflects what will be built.

04

Client Review & Revisions

You review the 3D renders and provide feedback. We include two rounds of revisions in our standard process — covering material changes, colour adjustments, layout modifications and signage positioning. Additional revision rounds can be arranged if needed. No project proceeds to technical drawings until you are fully satisfied with the visual outcome.

05

Technical Drawings

Once the 3D design is approved, our engineers produce detailed technical drawings — full dimensions, material specifications, joinery details, electrical schematics for the lighting system and connection points. These drawings are the manufacturing blueprint and leave no room for interpretation on the production floor.

06

Production Sign-Off & Manufacturing

You provide written approval of the technical drawings. This triggers the production order. Our 650m² manufacturing facility then produces your kiosk — with quality control checks at each stage. You receive photographic progress updates at key milestones before delivery and installation.

Key principle: We never begin cutting, machining or finishing until design approval is in writing. This protects both parties and ensures the finished kiosk matches your expectations exactly.

Why 3D Design Matters

A detailed 3D render catches problems early — a counter height that would feel awkward in use, a signage panel that clashes with an adjacent mall fixture, a colour combination that looks different under mall lighting than on screen. Identifying these issues at the design stage costs almost nothing to fix. Identifying them after manufacturing costs significantly more.

3D design also dramatically improves client confidence. When you can see your kiosk in photorealistic detail before it is built, decision-making is faster, approvals are easier to obtain from internal stakeholders, and the final installation is almost always exactly what was expected.
