Privacy and Cookie Policy

This page explains which personal data is processed when you use standdunyasi.com, for what purpose and how. It is based on the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

2. What data do we process?
2.1. Quote and contact form
When you submit the form, we process your name, your company name (optional), your email address, your phone number (optional), the service you select, the area or size information and your message. The form is delivered to our inbox through the Web3Forms service. We use this data to answer your request and prepare a quote.
Stand configurator: When you send the quote form in the configurator, we process your full name, your phone number, your email address (optional), your note (optional), a summary of the stand you designed and a link that reopens this design. This data is also delivered to our inbox through Web3Forms and is used only to prepare a quote.
2.2. WhatsApp, phone and email
When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, the contact details and messages you share are processed for the same purpose. The WhatsApp button on the site takes you to WhatsApp; WhatsApp's (Meta's) own privacy terms also apply.
2.3. Analytics tools (only with your consent)
If you choose "Accept" in the cookie banner, or "Analytics" under "Settings", the following tools are loaded:
- Google Analytics 4: statistics such as which pages are visited, visit duration, device type and approximate location.
If you decline, these tools are not loaded at all.
2.4. Visitor counter (only with your consent)
For the live visitor statistics on the home page, your browser sends a request to ipwho.is (or, if needed, ipapi.co) to find out which country you are in; these services see your IP address. Only the country code and the visit count are written to our database (Google Firebase). Your IP address, your name and any browser fingerprint are not stored. The counter runs together with the analytics tools, only with your consent; if you decline, no request is sent.
2.5. Google Maps (only with your consent)
The map in the contact section is loaded from Google Maps. When it loads, Google sees your IP address and may use its own cookies. The map is therefore loaded only if you choose "Accept", turn on "Map" under "Settings", or click "Show map" in its place. The "Open in Google Maps" links on the site only take you to Google when you click them.
2.6. Hosting
The site is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting. To deliver pages and keep the site secure, the server briefly processes technical logs such as IP address and browser information.

5. Data sharing
We do not sell your data. It is shared only with the following service providers, only to provide the services above:
- Google (Firebase Hosting and database, Google Analytics, Google Maps)
- Web3Forms (form delivery)
- ipwho.is and ipapi.co (country lookup)
- WhatsApp / Meta (only if you write to us on WhatsApp)
These providers' servers may be located outside your country. Transfers abroad for the analytics tools, the visitor counter and the map are based on your consent; other transfers take place under Art. 9 KVKK and the relevant provisions of the GDPR.
6. Retention periods
- Contact and quote correspondence: correspondence that does not lead to a quote is kept for 2 years. Correspondence about quotes that do not lead to a sale is kept for 2 years. Correspondence about projects that lead to a sale is kept for 10 years, as required by the Turkish Commercial Code.
- Analytics data: in Google Analytics, event data is kept for 2 months and user data for 14 months.
- Visitor counter: contains only total counts and cannot be linked to a person.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR and Art. 11 KVKK you have the right to:
- find out whether your data is processed
- access your data and receive a copy
- have it corrected or deleted, or its processing restricted
- object to processing
- data portability
- withdraw your consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing)
Send your requests to master@standdunyasi.com; we reply within 30 days at the latest. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country or with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.

We may update this policy when needed; the current version is always on this page and the date above changes.
