Weeks of design and production are worth nothing if the stand arrives late, damaged or incomplete. That is why we treat logistics as part of the product: every component is packed, labelled and inventoried at the factory, and transported across Turkey by the trusted partner carriers we have worked with for years — insured door to door.

For international projects, we manage the full export chain from our Istanbul facility: customs documentation prepared with our customs consultant, export-grade crating, and sea or air freight to venues around the world, the United States included. For modular stands, our video-guided self-assembly system can even replace a travelling crew — your own team builds the stand with a step-by-step video prepared for your specific project.

On installation day, our team arrives first and leaves last. We work to the venue's rules — often overnight or outside mall hours — complete the electrical and lighting connections, and hand over a stand that is ready for its opening, not almost ready.

How We Work
on Site

On installation day, our team is the first to arrive and the last to leave. Making the opening time is our commitment.

Site Survey

Before installation, we inspect the venue in person and confirm electrical, floor, and dimension conditions.

Parts Delivery

Stand components are delivered to the venue packed and labelled. Our team performs damage inspection on arrival.

Assembly

The technical team carries out assembly according to the agreed plan. Electrical and lighting connections are included.

Final Check & Handover

Once assembly is complete, our site team performs a final quality check and hands over your stand.

Technical Support

Our team remains reachable throughout the project. On-site intervention is provided in emergencies.
