The story
AERMILE is a frequent-flyer programme that wants shoppers to realise how quickly everyday spending turns into a flight. The stand borrows from the airport: a deep-sky-blue crown, silver columns like a terminal gate and a white model aircraft floating in the middle.
The front is for signing up, the right side shows the luggage tags members receive, and the left side has a real premium-economy seat that anyone can sit in for a moment. The back is the staff side with the card printer. The crown is 20 cm high and the stand stays within 220 cm overall, with the logo on all four sides.
Manufacturing and materials
- Body: 18 mm MDF, white satin lacquer; tops in 12 mm brushed-silver compact laminate.
- Columns: Ø 120 mm steel tubes, silver metallic powder coat, cables inside.
- Crown: 20 × 18 cm aluminium box section, deep-blue lacquer, white acrylic letters, gold anodised trim line.
- Model aircraft: lightweight resin model, 90 cm wingspan, hung on two stainless-steel cables with safety locks.
- Aircraft seat: refurbished premium-economy seat with fire-certified leather, bolted to a steel plinth.
- Graphics: UV-printed matte vinyl on aluminium composite panels.
- Services: 16 A power line and network to the tablets and the card printer.
Final dimensions are confirmed by on-site measurement before production. Mall height limits, electrical supply and fire regulations are checked with the centre’s technical office at project stage.
