The story
MUSKANO is a perfume bar for men who never know which scent to choose. Instead of shelves of bottles, the front of the stand is a real bar with two stools, where a consultant asks a few questions and pours scents onto blotter strips, with coffee beans to reset the nose in between.
Gunmetal, copper and cognac leather give it the feel of a gentleman's club. The back faces the gallery railing and is closed storage, so the stand has three customer sides: the scent bar, a gift-set showcase and a pay counter with an embossed leather panel. The crown stays within 220 cm, and three copper pendants hang low over the bar.
Manufacturing and materials
- Body: 18 mm MDF, gunmetal metallic lacquer.
- Leather panels: cognac vegetable-tanned leather stretched on MDF panels; the right panel with a heat-embossed illustration.
- Bar top: 40 mm solid dark oak with a hard-wax oil finish.
- Showcase: 8 mm tempered glass with a lockable sliding back; 3000K LED.
- Columns: 100 × 100 mm steel box sections, gunmetal powder coat with copper edge tape.
- Crown: 20 × 16 cm aluminium section, gunmetal, copper acrylic letters.
- Pendants: three Ø 18 cm spun-copper cone LED pendants.
Final dimensions are confirmed by on-site measurement before production. Mall height limits, electrical supply and fire regulations are checked with the centre’s technical office at project stage.
