The story
POURELLE sells teaware for people who treat tea as a small ceremony: porcelain sets, glass and clay teapots, heavy cast-iron pots and fine cups. The counter faces are painted with cobalt scrolls like old porcelain, so the stand itself looks like a piece from the collection.
Fragile pieces are kept safe inside the counter: a full tea set and three cast-iron pots lie under flush glass at the front, and four teapots glow in lit niches on the left. Nothing rises above the 110 cm counter except one celadon tower of 60 × 15 × 210 cm, which carries the logo and three teacups in niches.
The back faces the balcony railing and hides the stock, a sink and a hot-water boiler for the tasting tray on the right.
Manufacturing and materials
- Body: 18 mm MDF in white gloss lacquer; cobalt scroll pattern UV-printed and clear-coated.
- Worktop: 12 mm white solid-surface with a gold-finish aluminium edge inlay.
- Showcase: 10 mm laminated glass lid flush with the worktop, lockable; celadon silk on a padded base.
- Niches: 18 mm MDF boxes with rounded inner corners, 3000K LED, 6 mm acrylic fronts.
- Tower: steel frame clad in celadon lacquered MDF, gold edge profile, 3 lit niches with acrylic fronts.
- Back unit: white HPL cabinet with a stainless-steel sink, drain line and a 5-litre boiler.
- Services: 16 A power line and water inlet through the plinth.
Final dimensions are confirmed by on-site measurement before production. Mall height limits, electrical supply and fire regulations are checked with the centre’s technical office at project stage.
