The story
BUCKLAN is a belt bar: choose a strap, choose a buckle, and have it cut to your size in a few minutes. The stand is dressed like a good leather belt, with cognac panels, off-white saddle stitching and gunmetal details.
The island stays at a flat 110 cm, and every belt and buckle lies under glass set into the worktop, so the shops around it stay in view. Two slim towers of 60 × 15 × 210 cm stand at the back corners and carry the name to both long sides of the corridor.
The front shows the belts, the left side the buckles and the fitting mat, and the right side a large leather-grain image. The logo band runs around all four sides.
Manufacturing and materials
- Body: 18 mm MDF carcass; cognac PU leather-look upholstery on 6 mm panels with real off-white saddle stitching.
- Logo band and worktop: charcoal matte HPL; off-white acrylic letters, 5 mm.
- Showcases: flush 8 mm tempered glass lids with locks; charcoal felt trays; 4000K LED.
- Towers: steel box frame with charcoal lacquered MDF, leather-look edge strips, gunmetal-finish aluminium buckle icons.
- Fitting point: self-healing leather cutting mat and belt punch stored in a lockable drawer.
- Base: adjustable steel feet, recessed plinth, warm-white LED.
Final dimensions are confirmed by on-site measurement before production. Mall height limits, electrical supply and fire regulations are checked with the centre’s technical office at project stage.
