The story
PIXELPIT is a pit stop for gamers: a place to try a headset, compare controllers and pick up a gift card on the way to the cinema. The stand is a black cube in the middle of the mall, drawn with purple and cyan light like a game screen.
The square layout gives four equal fronts, each with its own job. Two sides are showcases, one side is a hands-on test station with a monitor, and one side is for payment and gift cards. The crown stays within the 220 cm limit and repeats the logo on all four sides.
The counter faces use a raised pixel pattern that catches the LED light, so the stand reads as 'gaming' from across the atrium even before the logo is legible.
Manufacturing and materials
- Body and columns: 18 mm MDF in matte black lacquer; CNC-milled raised 'pixel' tiles (5 mm acrylic) in purple and cyan.
- Crown: 20 × 18 cm aluminium box, black; white acrylic letters, RGB LED line with controller.

- Test station: 32" monitor on a VESA arm, anti-theft tethers for headsets and keyboard, hidden PC compartment with ventilation.

Final dimensions are confirmed by on-site measurement before production. Mall height limits, electrical supply and fire regulations are checked with the centre’s technical office at project stage.
