The story
SEARLY sells pans that are meant to be used hard every day: heavy frying pans, sauté pans, saucepans and enamelled cast-iron casseroles. The stand is a low charcoal island with an enamel-red band, a colour taken straight from the casseroles on its right side.
The whole kiosk stays at the 110 cm counter height, so the shop fronts around it stay visible. Even the demo pan on the left sits on an induction hob sunk into a recessed well, so it does not stand above the counter. The only tall element is one tower of 60 × 15 × 210 cm in the centre, which shows the logo and three copper lids to the front and the back.
Every side has a clear task: pans under glass at the front, a live demo on the left, casseroles on the right, and payment at the back.
Manufacturing and materials
- Body: 18 mm MDF in charcoal matte lacquer; copper-finish aluminium inlay line; red enamel-look high-gloss lacquer band.
- Worktop: 12 mm cream solid-surface on a 30 mm substrate, heat-resistant around the hob.
- Showcase: 10 mm laminated glass lid flush with the worktop, lockable, 4000K LED.
- Demo hob: 3.5 kW single-zone induction unit in a ventilated stainless-steel well, 12 cm deep.
- Cubbies: reinforced 25 mm shelves for cast-iron weight (up to 8 kg per piece).
- Tower: steel box frame bolted to the base, charcoal lacquered MDF, copper edge profiles, lids fixed with hidden screws.
- Services: 16 A power line for the hob, hidden cable ducts through the plinth.
Final dimensions are confirmed by on-site measurement before production. Mall height limits, electrical supply and fire regulations are checked with the centre’s technical office at project stage.
