The story
SKYHAVEN sells flats in a new residential project before the towers are finished, so the stand has to let buyers imagine a home that does not exist yet. It turns a stretch of mall wall into a small sales office: a backlit dusk view of the towers, real floor and worktop samples, a scale model under acrylic and a VR headset for walking through a flat.
The front counter is where the conversation starts, the armchairs on the left are where it continues, and the right side offers the virtual tour. The crown runs from two slim bronze columns to the oak wall and stays within 220 cm, showing the brand to every customer side.
Charcoal, warm white, oak and champagne bronze give the feeling of a finished lobby, the same quality the buyer is being promised.
Manufacturing and materials
- Wall unit: 25 mm oak-veneered panels on a steel sub-frame fixed to the mall wall; lightbox with a fabric print and 4000K LED panels.
- Sample niches: real porcelain tile, engineered oak parquet and quartz worktop offcuts on magnetic backs, easy to change.
- Model table: charcoal lacquered MDF base; 6 mm clear acrylic cover with polished edges and a lock.
- Counters: 18 mm MDF in warm-white lacquer, 20 mm oak-veneer tops.
- Columns: Ø 100 mm steel tubes, champagne-bronze PVD finish.
- Crown: 20 × 17 cm aluminium section, charcoal; brushed-bronze acrylic letters.
- Equipment: VR headset on a charging stand with a security cable, power and data to both tablets.
Final dimensions are confirmed by on-site measurement before production. Mall height limits, electrical supply and fire regulations are checked with the centre’s technical office at project stage.
