The story
VOLTNEST sells the small things that keep a phone alive through a long day: power banks, fast chargers, cables and wireless pads. The stand is designed as a quick stop, because nobody plans to buy a charger; they buy one when the battery reaches five per cent.
The whole kiosk stays at a flat 110 cm, with every product in glass wells and windows, so the worktop is clean and the shops around it stay in view. Two slim towers of 60 × 15 × 210 cm stand at opposite corners, so the brand can be seen from both directions along the concourse.
On the left side, six wireless pads are set flush into the worktop. Shoppers can lay a phone down and watch it start charging, and that small demonstration sells the product.
Manufacturing and materials
- Counter body: 18 mm MDF carcass, charcoal matte lacquer, anti-fingerprint finish.
- Logo band: lime-green lacquered aluminium composite panel; white acrylic letters, 5 mm, face-lit.
- Worktop: 12 mm white solid-surface on a 30 mm substrate with CNC-cut wells for the charging pads and the terminal.
- Showcase window: 8 mm tempered glass, lockable sliding back panels, aluminium trays, 6000K LED.
- Charging bar: six Qi wireless modules under 3 mm glass inserts, lime LED rings, central power supply in the cabinet.
- Towers: 40 × 40 mm steel box frame clad in charcoal MDF, lime LED profiles on both long edges, bolted to the counter frame.
- Services: 16 A power line through the plinth; ventilated cabinet for power supplies.
Final dimensions are confirmed by on-site measurement before production. Mall height limits, electrical supply and fire regulations are checked with the centre’s technical office at project stage.
