The story
CHIRPLET is a pet shop for the smallest pets: budgies and canaries, hamsters, rabbits and guinea pigs. It sells what they need every week — seed, bedding, toys and chews — and the cages and hides that make a good home. No live animals are kept on the stand.
Placed at the balcony, the back is a closed cabinet for heavy seed bags. The three customer sides stay at the 110 cm counter height: lit niches at the front, a seed-mixing bar on the left, and a low bay on the right with two empty cages to look into. A single green tower of 60 × 15 × 210 cm carries the logo and three small carved birds on a birch branch.
Manufacturing and materials
- Body: 18 mm MDF in sky-blue lacquer; solid birch rail and 40 mm birch worktop with a hard-wax oil finish.
- Showcase: flush 8 mm tempered glass insert, lockable; 3000K LED in all niches.
- Seed bins: food-grade polypropylene bins with flush stainless lids and scoops.
- Floor bay: white HPL-lined recess, 50 cm high, easy to clean.
- Tower: steel frame, green lacquered MDF; birch branch relief with hand-carved lime-wood birds.
- Graphic: UV-printed branch and feathers on the lacquered side panel.
- Back unit: white HPL cabinet with ventilated doors for seed storage.
Final dimensions are confirmed by on-site measurement before production. Mall height limits, electrical supply and fire regulations are checked with the centre’s technical office at project stage.
