The story
CHUREVA brings a Spanish street-corner churrería into the mall. The dough is piped and fried to order at the back, rolled in cinnamon sugar and handed over warm with a pot of chocolate, caramel or pistachio for dipping.
Because the stand backs onto a wall, the whole back becomes a tiled kitchen: fridge and storage below, the fryer under a built-in extraction hood, and a hand-wash sink at the end. The front and the two sides stay open for customers, and the crown stays within the 220 cm limit on two slim front columns.
Terracotta, cinnamon brown and cobalt tiles give the stand warmth and a sense of place, while CHUREVA reads from all three customer sides.
Manufacturing and materials
- Wall unit: steel sub-frame fixed to the mall wall; stainless AISI 304 cabinets and work counter; ceramic cobalt-pattern tiles on cement board.
- Fryer: 2-basket electric fryer with thermostat, oil filtration and a lid for closing time.
- Extraction: stainless hood with grease baffle filters, electrostatic and activated-carbon stages, recirculating; built-in fire-suppression nozzle above the fryer.
- Front counter: 18 mm MDF, terracotta lacquer, ceramic tile face; cream solid-surface worktop, food-safe.
- Display: heated glass churro display with 8 mm tempered glass and 3 bain-marie dip pots.
- Hygiene: stainless hand-wash sink with hot water, water supply and drain through the wall services.
- Crown and columns: 20 × 18 cm aluminium section in terracotta with cream acrylic script; Ø 100 mm cinnamon powder-coated steel tubes.
Final dimensions are confirmed by on-site measurement before production. Mall height limits, electrical supply and fire regulations are checked with the centre’s technical office at project stage.
