The story
FROSTLY is a cupcake bakery that fits in the middle of a concourse. The front of the island is one long refrigerated case with 36 cupcakes in soft pastel colours, and the gift boxes are waiting on the right, ready for birthdays and office surprises.
The kiosk stays at the 110 cm counter height, with the case built into the counter instead of sitting on top of it. Two lilac towers of 60 × 15 × 210 cm stand on opposite corners, so the brand is seen from all four approaches without a tower on every side.
Vanilla cream, lilac, mint and a scalloped pink skirting make the stand look like a cake itself.
Manufacturing and materials
- Body: 18 mm MDF, vanilla-cream matte lacquer; CNC-cut scalloped skirting in soft-pink lacquer.
- Worktop: 12 mm white solid-surface, food-safe, seamless, with a thermoformed sunken gift shelf.
- Cupcake case: built-in refrigerated patisserie case at +4 °C, 8 mm tempered slanted glass, 3 glass tiers, LED lighting, condensing unit vented through the counter side.
- Hygiene: fully enclosed display; stainless hand-wash sink with instant water heater, fresh-water and sealed waste tanks.
- Towers: steel box frame bolted to the counter structure, lilac lacquered MDF, printed acrylic panels on both faces.
- Services: 16 A power line for the case; hidden cable ducts.
- Base: adjustable steel feet, mint plinth, IP65 warm-white LED.
Final dimensions are confirmed by on-site measurement before production. Mall height limits, electrical supply and fire regulations are checked with the centre’s technical office at project stage.
