The story
CRUMBLY is a doughnut and bakery bar for shoppers who smell fresh baking and simply cannot walk past. Every batch is finished on the stand: doughnuts are glazed at the back counter and go straight into the glass showcase at the front, so customers see exactly what they are buying.
The kiosk stays at the 110 cm counter height, so the shop fronts around it remain visible. A single strawberry-pink tower of 60 × 15 × 210 cm is the only tall element; it carries the logo and three stacked doughnuts high enough to be spotted from the escalators.
Caramel, vanilla cream and a single strawberry accent borrow their palette from the product itself. The logo band runs around all four sides, and the two sides without a showcase carry large bakery images, so the stand reads as a bakery from every direction.
Manufacturing and materials
- Counter body: 18 mm moisture-resistant MDF carcass, vanilla-cream matte lacquer; caramel lacquered logo band with raised 5 mm acrylic letters.
- Worktop: 40 mm solid oak with a food-safe hard-wax oil finish, rounded 10 mm edges.
- Doughnut showcase: ambient bakery display with 8 mm tempered curved-corner glass, 3 glass shelves, rear sliding doors for staff, 3000K LED shelf lighting.
- Side graphics: UV-printed high-resolution food photography on 3 mm aluminium composite, anti-scratch matte laminate.
- Tower: 40 × 40 mm steel box frame bolted to the counter structure, strawberry-pink lacquered MDF cladding, printed acrylic illustration panel.
- Services: 32 A power line for the bake-off oven, water inlet and drain for a hand-wash sink inside the back cabinet, extraction filter on the oven.
- Base: adjustable steel feet, recessed caramel plinth, IP65 warm-white LED (3000K).
Final dimensions are confirmed by on-site measurement before production. Mall height limits, electrical supply and fire regulations are checked with the centre’s technical office at project stage.
