The story
LEAFORA sells loose-leaf tea and herbal infusions by weight and invites shoppers to taste before they choose. The stand works like a small tea room on the gallery floor: jade green and brass, a wall of tins at the front and a tasting bar on the side where a cup is always being poured.
The back faces the balcony railing, so it is a closed cabinet holding stock, the hot-water dispenser and the scale. The three customer sides stay open. The crown is exactly 20 cm high and the stand stays within the 220 cm limit, while the slim 10 cm brass columns keep the view across the atrium clear.
The tasting side has no showcase, so its face carries a soft image of tea leaves and steam instead. Together with the logo on the front, left and right crown faces, the brand reads from every side a customer can reach.
Manufacturing and materials
- Body: 18 mm MDF, jade-green matte lacquer; brushed-brass inlay line on the crown.
- Tops: 30 mm solid teak with a food-safe oil finish.
- Showcases: 8 mm tempered low-iron glass fronts with lockable sliding doors; 3000K LED strips for warm porcelain tones.
- Columns: Ø 100 mm steel tubes with a brushed-brass PVD finish; cables routed inside.
- Crown: 20 × 16 cm aluminium box section, jade lacquer, brushed-brass acrylic letters.
- Tea tins: airtight powder-coated steel tins with brass-finish lids on a CNC-cut teak rack.
- Services: 16 A power line for the hot-water dispenser; 20-litre filtered-water tank and grey-water tank inside the back cabinet (no drain needed at the balcony).
- Base: adjustable feet, teak-veneered plinth, warm-white LED (2700K).
Final dimensions are confirmed by on-site measurement before production. Mall height limits, electrical supply and fire regulations are checked with the centre’s technical office at project stage.
