The story
FROSTEL sells gloves and small winter accessories: leather gloves for the city, knit gloves for the weekend and touchscreen gloves for everyone who needs their phone outside. The stand looks like a warm wool jumper against a cold blue sky.
It stands at the gallery balcony with its closed storage cabinet towards the railing. All goods lie under glass at the flat 110 cm worktop, and one glacier-blue tower of 60 × 15 × 210 cm shows the logo and three pairs of gloves so passers-by on other floors can see what the stand sells.
The front and the left side are glazed displays. The right side, which has no showcase, carries a quiet snowy forest image, and the blue logo band runs along all three customer sides.
Manufacturing and materials
- Body: 18 mm MDF clad in charcoal wool-felt acoustic panels; front cable-knit relief CNC-milled in white lacquered MDF.
- Logo band: glacier-blue lacquer, white acrylic letters.
- Worktop: 12 mm icy-white solid-surface, seamless.
- Showcases: flush 8 mm tempered glass lids with locks, felt trays, 4000K LED.
- Tower: steel frame, blue lacquered MDF, gloves fixed on a hidden pin board.
- Back cabinet: lockable drawers, closed towards the balcony railing, anti-tip fixing to the floor.
Final dimensions are confirmed by on-site measurement before production. Mall height limits, electrical supply and fire regulations are checked with the centre’s technical office at project stage.
