The story
KEEPLEAF sells everyday things that replace single-use plastic: bamboo toothbrushes and cutlery, cups, straws, beeswax wraps and cotton produce bags. The stand is built from the same idea, with its three customer faces clad in real bamboo poles and a laminated bamboo worktop.
It stands at the balcony railing, so the stock drawers are in a closed cream cabinet at the back. The counter stays at 110 cm, and the cups are set into a recessed tray so nothing rises above it. A single green tower of 60 × 15 × 210 cm carries the logo and three carved bamboo discs so the stand can be seen from the lower floors.
Natural bamboo, fresh green and cream make the stand feel light and honest, like the products it sells.
Manufacturing and materials
- Cladding: Ø 40 mm natural bamboo poles, heat-treated and lacquered, screwed to an 18 mm plywood carcass.
- Worktop: 40 mm laminated strand-woven bamboo, food-safe oil finish.
- Logo band: cream matte lacquer, green acrylic letters made from recycled acrylic.
- Showcases: flush-set 8 mm tempered glass lids with locks, 3000K LED.
- Graphic panels: printed on recycled-fibre board with water-based inks, no text.
- Tower: steel frame, green lacquered plywood, CNC-carved solid bamboo discs.
- Back cabinet: cream-lacquered plywood with soft-close drawers; low-VOC finishes throughout.
Final dimensions are confirmed by on-site measurement before production. Mall height limits, electrical supply and fire regulations are checked with the centre’s technical office at project stage.
