The story
RIBBONIA wraps presents while you wait and sells everything you need to do it yourself: paper, ribbons, bags and cards. The stand is built around the wrapping counter at the front, so shoppers can watch a plain box become a gift.
Because the stand is backed against a mall wall, the back is a tall oak unit with closed cupboards below and 24 rolls of wrapping paper above, where they work as a colourful backdrop. The left side is a wall of picture greeting cards, the right side a showcase of bags and bows. The crown is 20 cm high and the stand stays within 220 cm overall.
Berry red, blush and gold with a garland of paper stars give the stand the feel of a celebration all year round.
Manufacturing and materials
- Body: 18 mm MDF, berry-red and white matte lacquer.
- Worktops and back unit: light-oak veneered plywood, clear matte lacquer; Ø 30 mm brass-finish paper rods.
- Card panel: white HPL with clear acrylic face-out pockets.
- Showcase: 8 mm tempered glass top with lock, 3000K LED.
- Columns: Ø 100 mm steel tubes, brushed-gold PVD finish.
- Crown: 20 × 16 cm aluminium section, berry lacquer, white acrylic script letters.
- Wrapping station: steel paper-roll dispenser with a serrated cutter, fixed to the worktop.
Final dimensions are confirmed by on-site measurement before production. Mall height limits, electrical supply and fire regulations are checked with the centre’s technical office at project stage.
