The story
LINNORA sells the part of the bedroom people touch every night: sheets, duvet covers, pillows and duvets. The stand is built so shoppers can feel the product before they buy it. The front counter is dressed like the end of a real bed, and the right side has three sample cushions, one each of feather, wool and microfibre fill, so customers can squeeze them and compare.
The island is open on all four sides, and each side has its own job: the made bed at the front, folded sets on open shelves on the left, the fill samples on the right, and payment and gift wrapping at the back. The crown stays within the 220 cm limit, is 20 cm high and carries the logo on all four faces above slim oak columns.
Oatmeal, dove grey and powder blue, a quilted counter face and a woven-linen crown make the kiosk look like a calm bedroom in the middle of the concourse.
Manufacturing and materials
- Body: 18 mm MDF in oatmeal matte lacquer; quilted panels in stain-resistant upholstery fabric on 10 mm foam, protected by a clear PVC film.
- Tops: 20 mm pale-oak veneered board with a matte lacquer.
- Made-bed top: upholstered 40 mm foam platform on a plywood base, dressed with removable display linen.
- Columns: Ø 100 mm solid-oak turned columns with an internal steel core and cable channel.
- Crown: 20 × 16 cm aluminium box section wrapped in linen-texture laminate; dove-grey acrylic letters, 5 mm.
- Shelves: 25 mm oak shelves with hidden steel brackets, rated for heavy folded stock.
- Lighting: 3000K warm-white LED lines under the crown and in the plinth.
Final dimensions are confirmed by on-site measurement before production. Mall height limits, electrical supply and fire regulations are checked with the centre’s technical office at project stage.
