The story
PRESSD sells juice that is squeezed while you wait, and the stand is built to prove it. The whole front is a bank of real fruit behind sloped glass, and the citrus press stands in plain view on the counter, so every customer can watch their oranges being pressed.
The kiosk stands against a mall wall. The sink, the ice bin, the blenders and the fruit crates sit in a closed unit at the back, so the three customer sides stay clean and colourful. The counter is exactly 110 cm high. The only tall parts are two lime towers of 60 × 15 × 210 cm at the back corners, which carry the logo along the corridor and stay within the mall limits.
Lime green, orange and white gloss with light oak tops make the stand look fresh and bright. The two sides without fruit carry a juice-splash photograph and a bottle cooler, and the PRESSD name is visible from every direction.
Manufacturing and materials
- Body: 18 mm moisture-resistant MDF, white high-gloss and lime/orange lacquer; all lower edges sealed against spills.
- Worktop: 40 mm solid light oak with a food-safe hard-wax oil.
- Fruit display: stainless-steel compartments behind 6 mm sloped tempered glass, with removable trays for cleaning.
- Juice equipment: automatic citrus press with a stainless-steel body and a 60 L bottle cooler, 2–6 °C, with a 4 mm glass door and LED light.
- Back unit: white HPL storage and shelving with a stainless-steel hand-wash sink and ice bin.
- Towers: steel frame bolted to the back unit, lime lacquered MDF, printed acrylic illustration panels.
- Services: water supply and drain through the wall; 32 A power line for the press, cooler and blenders; food-safe finishes throughout.
Final dimensions are confirmed by on-site measurement before production. Mall height limits, electrical supply and fire regulations are checked with the centre’s technical office at project stage.
