The story
ZESTRO squeezes every lemonade to order. The front of the stand is a lit window stacked with lemons and limes, and next to it the press works in a sunken well, so shoppers see the fruit and the squeezing at the same moment.
Everything stays at the 110 cm counter height, including the three glass dispensers, which sit in a refrigerated well under a flat glass cover. One lemon-yellow tower of 60 × 15 × 210 cm at the back-right corner carries the brand above the crowd.
Pale oak, white and leaf green keep it light and summery. The logo band runs around all four sides of the island, and the two plain sides carry fruit graphics.
Manufacturing and materials
- Body: 18 mm moisture-resistant MDF carcass clad in solid oak slats (40 × 20 mm), clear matte water-resistant lacquer.
- Worktop: 12 mm white solid-surface on a 30 mm substrate, food-safe, with thermoformed sunken wells.
- Lemon window: 8 mm tempered glass, stainless fruit trays with drip channel, LED lighting.
- Dispenser well: refrigerated well at +4 °C; 8 mm tempered-glass sneeze-guard cover on stainless hinges.
- Press well: stainless liner with drain, commercial electric citrus press.
- Hygiene: stainless hand-wash sink with instant water heater; fresh-water supply and drain via the mall floor box through the plinth.
- Tower: steel box frame, lemon-yellow lacquered MDF, printed acrylic illustration panels on both faces.
Final dimensions are confirmed by on-site measurement before production. Mall height limits, electrical supply and fire regulations are checked with the centre’s technical office at project stage.
