The story
ZOOMLETS sells ride-on cars for small children, and nothing sells them better than seeing them. The stand is a small bright showroom in the middle of the mall: three cars on a slowly turning platform with road markings, under a white crown with a chequered racing strip.
Two sides are left open behind a low yellow curb so children can walk right up to the cars and parents can see them from every angle. The left side sells the extras — batteries, remote controls and helmets — and the back is the payment point, dressed with a cartoon road through green hills instead of shelves.
The cars are kept low on the platform, and the crown stays within the 220 cm limit and repeats the logo on all four sides.
Manufacturing and materials
- Turntable: steel frame with a low-speed geared motor (1 rpm), 18 mm plywood deck with grey anti-slip vinyl and printed lane markings; load rated for 300 kg.
- Columns: Ø 120 mm steel tubes, sunshine-yellow powder coat.
- Crown: 20 × 18 cm aluminium box section, white; sky-blue acrylic letters with white outline; printed chequer strip.
- Counters: 18 mm MDF in white lacquer with rounded edges; 8 mm tempered glass top, lockable.
- Bumper curbs: yellow soft PU foam over an MDF core, 20 cm high, rounded for children.
- Graphic: UV-printed road landscape on aluminium composite panel with anti-scratch laminate.
- Services: 16 A power line for the turntable and battery charging inside the back counter.
Final dimensions are confirmed by on-site measurement before production. Mall height limits, electrical supply and fire regulations are checked with the centre’s technical office at project stage.
