The story
NORIGO makes sushi for people who eat on the move. Rolls are made on the left side in full view, packed into clear boxes and set straight into the refrigerated case at the front, ready to grab and pay on the right.
The stand stands at the balcony with its closed back towards the railing, where the refrigerator, rice cooker and hand-wash sink are kept. The prep worktop is lowered to 90 cm behind a glass screen, so the whole kiosk stays at 110 cm, with a single black tower of 60 × 15 × 210 cm carrying the brand.
Matte black, white, bamboo and a coral band borrow the colours of the product: nori, rice and salmon.
Manufacturing and materials
- Body: 18 mm moisture-resistant MDF, matte black lacquer; natural bamboo slats with a clear water-resistant finish; coral lacquered band with white acrylic letters.
- Worktop: 12 mm white solid-surface, food-safe, seamless joints; stainless AISI 304 prep worktop at 90 cm.
- Grab-and-go case: built-in refrigerated case at +2/+4 °C, 8 mm tempered slanted glass, LED lighting, condensing unit vented through the counter side.
- Sneeze screen: 8 mm tempered glass, polished edges, fixed in a stainless channel.
- Back cabinet: white HPL; undercounter refrigerator; rice cooker compartment with a steam vent; stainless hand-wash sink with water heater, fresh-water and sealed waste tanks.
- Tower: steel box frame, matte black MDF, white acrylic letters and a coral acrylic icon.
- Services: 16 A power line; hidden cable ducts in the plinth.
Final dimensions are confirmed by on-site measurement before production. Mall height limits, electrical supply and fire regulations are checked with the centre’s technical office at project stage.
